He went above and beyond helping me with everything from the photographs, advertising, check in reports, inventory, referencing and handing over the keys to the new tenants. He personally handled checking that everything was up to code and the property was professionally cleaned ready for the new tenants. He also liaised with previous tenants to sort photos and measurements for the listing. He met me at the property to hand over keys, when I needed a set for maintenance to be done and answered any questions I had throughout the process.
